Jason was born and raised in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Upon graduating from Ponchatoula High School, he attended Southeastern Louisiana University for Business Management and staked a claim in his hometown of Ponchatoula where he still resides. Following college, Jason’s career led him to be the Director for World Series of Poker Circuit Events. However, his passion for real estate led to his current role of leading his Keller Williams team as a Listing Specialist.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys the outdoors and spending time children. He is an active member of Hammond Chamber of Commerce and Top Producer of Louisiana Real Estate.

Megan called St. John Parish home for 19 years before moving to Tangipahoa Parish seven years ago. Like Kayla, Mega also graduated from Riverside Academy in Reserve then attended Southeastern Louisiana University for Athletic Training. She also received a Paramedic Certification from SLCC.

Constantly serving those around her, Megan was a 911 dispatcher for three years and a member of the Loranger Fire Department for 5 years.

Megan enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children.

Tracy is a Resident of Ponchatoula. She has a background in property management and administrative services. She decided to come into real estate so that she can continue her career in helping clients find that perfect place to call home. In her free time, Tracy likes to spend time with her husband, 3 children, and fur babies.

Emery, originally from Eureka Missouri, married a Ponchatoula native some 28 years ago and has been in Ponchatoula ever since. He is the father of two, a son and daughter who are currently in college and high school respectively. He recently retired from a 30 year Law Enforcement career where he worked in several capacities both on the north shore and surrounding New Orleans area. He now looks to embark on a new career in real estate and hopes to take that attention to detail and public service that he learned in law enforcement to serve his real estate clients.  He is very excited to join #yourHOMEteam at Keller Williams.

Stephen Emmons grew up in the construction industry, working for his family’s New Orleans based company, Professional Construction and Restoration. The company specialized in very high-end historic restoration and new construction projects, and began flipping properties in the early 90’s. He and his father continue to work together today.
With over two decades worth of high-end projects, and fix and flip deals, Stephen has developed a passion for restoring homes. He has worked with many exclusive clients, including sports players and celebrities. His own projects have won awards and continued to break sales records in both New Orleans and Tangipahoa. In recent years, his business has evolved from primarily client-based to include more investment properties. He currently is working on several flip houses, rentals and new construction projects.
Stephen lives in Ponchatoula, with his wife Brittani and his 2 children, Finn and Chandler. He attended Ponchatoula High School and is an Alumni of SLU.

Nichole Brown Liuzza grew up with a love for real estate. Being born in Northern Kentucky but raised in Tickfaw, Louisiana she took note early on of how people lived differently in her 2 home towns. Her grandmother was a real estate agent (at 91 just retired her license) and helped grow her love of homes by sharing her knowledge of interior design, entertaining and architecture. After graduating from SLU, Nichole worked in various fields of business (retail, hospitality, banking, real estate development) before finally following her dream of becoming a real estate agent for Keller Willams. She brings all of those experiences together to help her clients find the home and lifestyle they desire. Nichole spends her free time between the dance studio, baseball field, and the basketball court with her daughter Jéan and step children, Addy and Brady, or at the farm with her husband Joey admiring his hard work putting food in people’s tables.
